Returns and Refunds policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase as we believe in providing a high quality service, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase or if the item is faulty or damaged please do not hesitate to contact us by email in the first instance through firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your reason for returning the item.
If the item is returned unused/unworn and in its original condition and packaging within 30 days we will refund the cost of the item only. If the item is faulty or arrived broken we will refund you the total cost of the purchase including delivery charge.
If you would prefer an exchange please state this in your initial email so we can arrange this after we have received your original item, we will cover the delivery charge for the item you return if you send us a copy of your receipt.
We endeavour to process any refunds/exchanges within 7 days of receiving the item, however please allow at least 10 days to allow for bank processing times. The exchanges period will depend if we have the item in stock. We will inform you if we do not so you can decide whether you are able to wait while we order them in or if you would prefer a refund.
For health and hygiene reasons all earrings and hair accessories are strictly non-refundable unless faulty.
SommerSparkle cannot be held responsible for goods until we have received them at our establishment, with this in mind we encourage you to use Royal Mail tracked services when returning your goods so you are able to track your order and that your goods are insured while in transit to us. Further details can be found on www.royalmail.com . Please be aware however that delivery costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
